So how exactly does it work?
Firstly, we meet in person or arrange a time to discuss your needs by telephone or video call. This will help me understand the services you offer and to ensure I am a good fit with your company (we will both have many questions).
You might choose to provide business cards for presentation at any surveys I attend. They can have my name and your normal branding, however any phone number / email address should reference directly back to you. You are welcome to request my wearing of company ID badge / tie / jacket etc.
Following completion of survey, you will quickly receive bespoke system design drawings (for inclusion in your customer pack) and clear, detailed survey notes that allow you to price opportunities and produce specifications in your normal way. All this without needing to step foot outside your office! Upon request, I am always happy to make withheld number follow-up calls and provide feedback on order status. It is in my absolute interest that you win the business.
